They each include several chambers (criminal, family, pecuniary, etc.).To complete the existing team, the District Court of Eastern Vaud, which employs nearly 50 people, is looking for a Clerk.Responsibilities- Assist the Presidents of the Court during hearings.- Analyze files, carry out all useful research, particularly legal, allowing for the preparation of the hearing and the activity related to it.- Update hearing minutes and establish drafts of judicial decisions by drafting facts and ensuring that all legal arguments are addressed (based on notes or instructions).- Carry out corrections made by the President in charge of the file and ensure the quality of the original decision as well as its notification.- Participate in file management (mail, deadline tracking, telephone calls, etc.) and carry out legal research.- Inform parties and their counsel, judicial authorities, and any other interlocutor who can justify a legitimate interest, on the various procedures.- You will find more details in the job description by clicking here.- Do you have questions?
