The High School of Education of the Canton of Vaud is recruiting a Grants Officer - specialized in fundraising (Ref. 454). The High School of Education of the Canton of Vaud ensures the professional development of teachers at all levels of education. It conducts research and development work focused on the needs of teaching and offers continuous and advanced training, as well as a range of services intended for all education professionals. We are announcing the position of Grants Officer - specialized in fundraising (Ref. 454)Start date: To be agreed Work rate: 50% Duration: Fixed-term contract until [date], with possible renewal in a permanent position Salary level: Class 12 of the RSRC of Vaud Your main activities consist of actively supporting the development and funding of projects related to research and education. You will assist researchers and the various departments of the institution in identifying funding opportunities, both public and private, preparing and submitting grant applications, as well as monitoring and managing the financial aspects of projects throughout their life cycle. You will work closely with members of the research support team and all institutional support services. As needed, you will maintain and develop relationships with external funding agencies. You will contribute to the integration of research and teaching by developing activities and transferring products from research conducted at HEP Vaud to the field. You will develop and disseminate tools as a team to facilitate project management, and you will be fully involved in the direction and fundraising activities, in connection with the General Director and the management team. You hold a master's degree in human and social sciences (ideally in education sciences or in a related field); experience in teaching is an asset. You have approximately 5 years of experience or more in the field of fundraising (including project management) in an institution of higher education. You possess good knowledge of research funding bodies and have experience collaborating with patrons, philanthropists, and public partners, easily adapting to these varied interlocutors. You distinguish yourself through your ability to work in a team and integrate into a collective and institutional functioning. Equipped with strong analytical and writing skills, you show proactivity, excellent listening skills, flexibility, with a strong focus on clients and partners. You are fluent in French and English and capable of participating in work sessions in these languages.
