Graduate / Postgraduate Programme - Banking & Financial Services
We are looking for students who are about to complete their degree as well as recent graduates ("postgraduates") wishing to join a programme within the banking or asset management sector:
Graduate / Postgraduate Programme - Banking
This is a first immersion into the banking and financial services industry.
Tasks
- In-depth discovery of the banking and financial services sector;
- Support to management teams in their daily activities;
- Processing and follow-up of client requests;
- Monitoring of portfolios and client relationships;
- Contribution to the tactical allocation of portfolios;
- Participation in risk analysis and management;
- Development of tools and automation of internal processes;
- Production of reports for clients and management;
- Coordination with various internal departments;
- Active participation in office life.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (or in progress) in Banking, Finance or Quantitative Finance, ideally from a Swiss university such as St. Gallen, EPFL, ETH Zurich;
- Excellent command of English;
- Proficiency in French, German or Italian is a considerable asset;
- Strong motivation, analytical mind, rigour and ability to work under pressure;
- Availability from September 2026;
- Residence in Switzerland.
