We offer diverse opportunities to grow and make a difference on a global scale.Context & MissionWe are looking for an experienced Global Traffic Manager to manage workflows across Headquarters and six Hubs.Joining the services team, the center of the global ecosystem, you will ensure efficient delivery, and real-time management of Campaigns, Visual Merchandising, Store Design and Packaging. The position also drives smarter ways of working through streamlined processes, AI-enabled workflows, and connected tools. You will help teams deliver brand experiences consistently across markets while improving efficiency through systems, and will report to the Head of Brand Services.Key responsibilities- Manage brief intake and project requests, scope needs, align priorities, and balance business demand with team capacity.- Manage the HQ pipeline, track timelines, owners, risks, and delivery across disciplines from kick-off to completion.- Build and optimize systems, design intake forms, routing logic, approvals, dashboards, and scalable traffic processes.- Drive AI-enabled workflow, identify repetitive tasks and implement practical solutions with IT and technical partners.- Improve time-to-market, identify bottlenecks, reduce lead times, and simplify recurring workflows without compromising quality.- Manage traffic rituals and stakeholder alignment, lead meetings, surface risks, and keep teams aligned with minimal friction.- Maintain capacity and resource visibility, monitor team workload, flag bottlenecks, and surge needs with agility.- Coordinate across six Hubs, align priorities, timelines, and process standards for global and multi-market consistency.- Drive tool adoption and change management, document processes, train users, and embed new ways of working.- Track performance, report KPIs such as content volume, budget, time to market and efficiency.Profile you can fit- Proven experience in traffic management, project management, or a similar role in an agency, marketing, digital, retail, or production environment.- Strong understanding of production, retail design, visual merchandising, campaign development, and global cross-functional project management, and stakeholder-influencing skills.- Fluent in English and French required; additional languages are a plus.- Experience with project-management, DAM, reporting, or workflow tools.- Theoretical or practical experience in AI-enabled productivity, and workflow automation.- If you thrive in complex environments and want to transform processes, systems, and AI, we would love to hear from you.As a Living Wage Certified employer, we guarantee all our practices meet or exceed established living wage and fairness standards.
