As a **Global Medical Affairs Lead - Critical Care** at**Nestlé** **Nutrition & Health Strategic Business Unit (SBU)**, your mission is to define and execute the global medical and scientific strategy for the Critical Care portfolio across the full product lifecycle. You-ll make a difference by collaborating closely with R&D, commercial teams, local medical teams, and external scientific experts. * Leading the global medical strategy by shaping evidence generation and guiding product development across the lifecycle
* Driving cross-functional alignment by connecting R&D, commercial and medical teams to deliver impactful outcomes
* Building strong external engagement by partnering with healthcare professionals, scientific experts and associations
* Delivering high-quality medical education and scientific communication to healthcare providers and internal stakeholders
* Translating scientific evidence into clear, relevant content to support markets and influence clinical practice
* Monitoring scientific developments and competitive activities to inform strategy and strengthen positioning
