You will translate priorities into structured learning roadmaps, ensuring measurable impact on performance, readiness and time-to-competence. Drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement of the global LMS. You will be part of a team driving the global culture and people development agenda for L Occitane en Provence (talent management, performance review, leadership, talent acquisition etc.).You will be based in and report to the Culture and People Development team.- Translate capability priorities into structured learning roadmaps and scalable programs- Establish consistent learning design standards and governance across regions- Lead governance and evolution of the global LMS, ensuring intuitive learning linked to roles and careers- Drive adoption and engagement through strong stakeholder management- Define and track KPIs to measure learning impact and business relevance- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure effective deployment across regions- Contribute to fostering a performance-driven learning cultureHow you can fit :- 5+ years of experience in global learning & development, capability or talent development positions within an international company- Experience with LMS (governance, deployment) and digital tools (dashboards, reporting tools)- Fluent English required.
