Global Key Account Director (m/f/d) 100%

Do you feel like diving into these dynamics and helping shape our processes as part of our team? At our Robatech headquarters in  AG, Switzerland (Travel: ~50% international), we are looking for you as Global Key Account Director.
Your Tasks
Define and execute global Key Account strategies
Build executive-level relationships across global customer organizations
Align commercial frameworks, pricing discipline, and contracts globally
Lead and coordinate Regional Business Directors and Key Account Managers teams worldwide
Drive cross-selling, multi-site rollouts, and global project execution
Translate customer needs into innovation and product roadmap inputs
Establish value-selling standards (TCO / ROI)
Ensure CRM (Salesforce) transparency and KPI-driven reporting
Develop digital account management tools and dashboards
Your Profile
Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
10+ years experience in B2B industrial solution sales
Proven track record in Global Key Account Management
Experience managing multi-country, multi-site customers
Strong negotiation and value-selling capabilities
Leadership experience in international and matrix organizations
Data-driven mindset (CRM, KPIs, dashboards)
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
