## Job Description ##

**Strategic HR Leadership**

* Develop and execute HR strategies that support the business objectives and drive organizational growth and performance across all seven countries.
* Collaborate with senior management to define HR priorities, provide insights, and support strategic initiatives.

**HR Operations Management**

* Oversee HR operations in each country, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and align HR practices with the company's global policies.

**Talent Management and Development**

* Identify and implement best practices in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
* Design and manage training and development programs to foster employee growth and enhance organizational capability.
* Lead succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

**Employee Engagement and Culture**

* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.
* Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retention.

**Performance and Change Management**

* Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to support business goals and employee development.
* Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and ensure effective communication and employee buy-in.

**Supervision and Team Development**

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of two HR professionals, ensuring their continuous growth and alignment with the company's HR strategy.
* Work closely with country HR teams to support local HR needs and drive global HR initiatives.

**HR Analytics and Reporting**

* Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
* Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities, workforce metrics, and compliance issues to senior management.

## The Successful Applicant ##


* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a global or regional HR role.
* Proven track record in managing HR functions across multiple countries, with experience in overseeing HR operations and compliance in diverse regions.
* Experience in managing and developing HR teams.


* Strong understanding of global HR practices, labor laws, and cultural nuances.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to drive HR strategy and initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
* Proficiency in HR software and systems; experience with HR analytics is a plus.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the regions of responsibility are advantageous.
