## Job Description ##

* Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential partners.
* Evaluate requests from potential partners.
* Develop a pitch book and define the value proposition.
* Meet with potential partners to present the initiative's value proposition and assess their interest in collaboration.
* Manage the pipeline of potential partners, documenting all discussions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Communications department.
* Negotiate contract terms with potential partners and formulate partner agreements.
* Coordinate with legal to translate negotiation outcomes into partnership contracts.
* Provide timely and accurate reporting of the pipeline, strategic partnerships, and management activities.
* Develop and manage reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities.
* Facilitate the transition of new partners to account managers and operations managers.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Bachelor's degree required; preferably in economics / business administration. MBA provides an advantage.
* Experience in global strategic partnerships / business development.
* Graduate from a sales training program and fluency in using CRM software (Salesforce).
* Deep understanding of loyalty programs, affiliate marketing networks, and economics of discount / cash back offers to general public.
* Able to travel to both domestic and international locations to meet and liaise with potential partners and clients.
* Proven ability to find strategic partnerships that have led to increase revenue and contracts.
* Strong analytic skills (financial, planning, operational).
* Demonstrated drive to solve problems in a matrix team environment and leading with high energy and a positive attitude.
* Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and excellent relationship building skills.
* General understanding of international business law (contract law).
* Full professional proficiency in English (C1)
