Hired through **Manpower**, you will operate at the heart of PMI’s strategic IT and P&C procurement function, partnering with senior leadership to shape and execute global sourcing strategies. This role reports to the Global Head of Procurement for IT & P&C and serves as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the organization (Director level and above).

- **Decision-Making Support**: Influence business strategies and resource allocations through effective category governance and market insight.
- **Supplier Management**: Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and implement contingency plans to ensure continuity and service excellence.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a team of account managers, providing strategic direction, feedback, and development plans.
