Job objective

As part of strengthening our French-speaking team, we are looking for an 80% HR Manager. In this position, you independently take charge of all administrative HR activities, payroll management and absence management, while contributing to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Your impact in this role

• Complete management of personnel administration (entries, exits, contracts, absences, etc.)

• Administrative management of absence cases for the French-speaking region in collaboration with HR partners
• Payroll management from A to Z (social insurances, declarations, controls, etc.)
• Monitoring HR files in compliance with Swiss legislation
• Support and advice to employees and management on HR matters
• Participation in cross-functional HR projects and development of internal processes to ensure optimal service quality.
• Collaboration with external partners (insurances, funds, authorities)

Your background and expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position: Payroll and administration

• Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurances
• Recognised HR training (HR assistant diploma or equivalent)
• Proven experience in absence management
• Very good organisational skills, rigor and sense of priorities
• Comfortable in a changing context, solution-oriented, good priority management and awareness of challenges in a rapidly evolving and transitioning environment
• Naturally inclined to collaborative working, committed to supporting colleagues and driven by positive energy in the service of the HR function
• Autonomy, reliability and sense of confidentiality
• Proficiency with HR and office IT tools
• English: minimum B1 level
• German: an asset
