Case ManagerJob DescriptionIn your capacity as a case manager, you analyze, interpret, and codify documents and perform data entry in several specific business areas. You manage and monitor translation processes (FR-DE), and potentially other languages, using translation tools. You respond to requests from partners and/or the public, according to guidelines. You contribute to the processing of Army requests (SIBAD). You participate in the processing of facilities. For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Profile- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET) in commerce or equivalent title.- Excellent command of German in writing and speaking (C1 level required), essential for managing telephone exchanges with our various partners.- Experience related to the field and/or judicial sector (knowledge of documents, functioning of the institution).- Interest in the field.- Strong writing skills and mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Dynamic, rigorous, and precise.- Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and discretion required.- Be Swiss or hold a residence permit.- Employment conditions require that you be free of debt enforcement proceedings or certificates of insolvency.
