Customer Service Employee (German-speaking)For a renowned company in Switzerland, active at scale and certified as “Best workplaces in Switzerland”, we are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Employee driven by a strong customer sense, capable of managing a volume of requests and finding concrete solutions, even when the answers are not yet formalized. This position is intense: every day, new requests come in continuously, priorities evolve, and one must be able to move forward, decide, and address issues without everything being perfectly structured.
