Manager of La Cave Montreux RivieraYour main missions:ManagementAttentive to the needs of the Cave. They plan and coordinate all activities to gain efficiency and ensure coverage of all missions. They assist in the resolution of daily issues. They lead a weekly meeting with all direct subordinates. They act as the liaison with the President and the members of the Board and support the Cave with their technical knowledge. They participate in tastings and exchange regularly with the oenologist regarding product quality and the market.EventsThey plan, organize, and implement the necessary resources for major events (e.g., Christmas Market, Goût et Terroir in Bulle, Fairs), organize and monitor the engaged staff, supervise the smooth running, and report on the performance of each event. They are present regularly. They establish an annual calendar of events and control the regular and exhaustive updating of accounting.Sales and MarketingThey monitor the daily activities of the sales manager and the HORECA sector. They assume responsibility for sales to private individuals and large retailers. They establish sales performance reports for all sectors. They establish a monthly report for the members of the Board. They lead or supervise commercial promotion actions in the market. They manage marketing processes and the quality of the Cave's image (website, social networks) and report periodically on results. Together with the oenologist, they are in regular contact with key clients and develop all direct and indirect promotional activities with non-HORECA clients (wine tourism, group receptions, etc.).Relations with members (including municipalities)They are in regular contact with the members. They communicate regularly regarding the progress of the Cave's business. They ensure the periodic sending of harvest statements.
