Leader in Japanese quick service for delivery, takeaway, and on-site dining, Sushi Shop has a network of more than 200 points of sale, mainly in Europe. We are looking for cooks / sushimen / commis for our restaurant in Fribourg.Versatile Team MemberYour mission:- Reception and storage of goods;- Disinfection of fruits & vegetables;- Cutting of fish;- Preparation of rice, soups, salads, makis, sushis, and others;- Preparation of orders, taking into account delivery times;- Maintain traceability;- Respect of hygiene standards (HACCP);- Monitoring of stocks, inventories, and orders;- Fast delivery of orders by scooter;- Maintenance of the interior and exterior space of the shop;- Help with the preparation of delivery bags.Profiles sought:Motivated / Serious / Experience as a commis / Swiss or foreign with a valid residence permit or European passport.Position available as soon as possible.Only selected applicants will be contacted. jida93078baen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
