## About Our Client ##

Our client is an international company operating in the Contruction sector, known for its expertise and commitment to excellence.

## Job Description ##

* Active participation in general accounting during monthly closings
* Support on various key accounting processes (provisions, exceptional transactions) to ensure monthly closings are completed on time
* Analysis and monitoring of customer accounts, management of reminders and contentious cases
* Weekly reporting of open items to management
* Active contribution to the implementation of a new ERP system (from Microsoft Dynamics AX to Oracle)
* Preparation of VAT returns
* Control and monitoring of the application of the group's accounting principles
* Various administrative tasks related to accounting
* Actively participate in improving processes and tools

## The Successful Applicant ##

Successful applicant:

· Holder of an advanced qualification in accounting (Federal Diploma, HEG or university)

· Solid experience within an accounting department in Switzerland and experience in an international company is an asset

· Comfortable with standard IT tools and good knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX)

· Proficient in French and English (C1) ; knowledge of German is an asset

· Methodical and autonomous, while open to new working methods

· Enjoys contact and teamwork, trustworthy person

· Flexible and responsive, able to adapt quickly
