Due to the upcoming change of function of the current general agent, we are looking for a dynamic personality with a proven track record in sales leadership and well integrated into the economic fabric of the region to succeed them. Various missions include:- Leading, motivating, and encouraging a multidisciplinary team comprising middle managers, external service advisors, agency broker advisors, sales managers, and interns in charge of customer service and claims processing at Vaudoise Insurance in all events in the region.- Managing a significant portfolio and developing the company.What makes you unique:- Several years of experience in managing a sales team.- Holder of a university degree, a federal diploma in insurance, or an equivalent qualification.- A certification in management is a plus. With a leadership style that inspires, you lead by example, develop your team, and know how to give a vision and make decisions. You are open to change, capable of evolving in a dynamic environment, particularly through digital development. A recognized and integrated personality in the region, you are approachable and can assert yourself within a motivated team.
