Real Estate Accountant Your missions:- Manage the accounting of opted or non-opted properties (in third-party accounts).- Prepare financial statements and VAT account statements.- Ensure the closing of heating and ancillary charges statements: accounting entries, control of statements, final closings, rebates, and adjustments, management of invoices and payments.- Process monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.- Invoice works and establish monthly banking statements.- Be one of the contact persons at the accounting level for the entire clientele: owners, tenants, and requests via written communication, establish various research.Requirements:- 5 years of experience in the field of real estate accounting.- Knowledge of the QUORUM software.- Well organized and comfortable in customer contact.- Very good mastery of Excel.- Ability to adapt activities based on priorities.- Excellent command of French; knowledge of German would be a plus.We offer:- A modern and pleasant working environment.- Favorable employment conditions and social benefits.- Flexible hours.- Remote work possible (1-2 days a week).- Employment rate: to be determined.- Start date: as soon as possible.Interested in joining us?
