Start date: January 1stWorkplace: BernThe Archaeological Section of the Archaeological Service of the Canton of Bern is looking for a manager for archaeological material management / preventive conservation and deputy head of section, starting January 1st or by agreement (permanent contract, % employment).Your tasks- Management of the archaeological material management service and coordination of tasks and projects while respecting available resources and considering scientific needs- Management, maintenance, and control of archiving premises and depots as well as their infrastructure- Development and implementation of processes and techniques in collaboration with the section head, colleagues, and external partnersYour profileYou enjoy teamwork and distinguish yourself by your sense of responsibility, autonomy, and great organizational skills.
