Agent / Auxiliary / Funeral PorterKoller & Bertschi Funeral Services SA is looking for auxiliaries/funeral porters to strengthen their team during ceremonies and funeral interventions. This position is aimed at reliable, respectful individuals who are capable of adapting to a demanding working environment, serving families in sometimes complex and sensitive situations.Missions:- Participate in the smooth running of funeral ceremonies, alongside the existing team.- Ensure the carrying of the coffin with seriousness, respect, and dignity.- Prepare and organize the ceremony locations (church, hall, cemetery, etc.).- Intervene during the handling and transportation of the deceased, strictly adhering to internal procedures and current standards, even in challenging or technically demanding environments.- Provide logistical support to funeral teams as needed.- Participate in on-call rotations as required.Very good capacity for the constraints of the profession and for unexpected situations. Rigor, discipline, and strict respect for instructions. Emotional stability and the ability to intervene professionally in all contexts. Physical fitness. Ability to work in a team in a structured environment. Excellent command of French and a valid driving license in Switzerland (B). Availability is essential during the week, at night, as well as on weekends and holidays. Residence within a maximum of 30 minutes of Rolle (a necessary condition to ensure on-call availability). Personal means of transport required, allowing travel to the workplace independently at all hours (day, night).
