Description
Working closely with the Head of Fund Operations based in another country, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of Cayman-based funds, ensuring the smooth execution of operational, reporting, and investor-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration of investment funds, primarily hedge funds.
- Liaise with external administrators, custodians, auditors, legal advisors, and other service providers.
- Review and monitor NAV calculations prepared by third-party administrators.
- Coordinate subscription, redemption, and transfer processes.
- Manage investor documentation, subscription agreements, and onboarding requirements.
- Assist with fund launches and the setup of new fund structures.
- Monitor fund cash movements and operational workflows.
- Ensure timely completion of reporting, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and controls.
- Act as a key point of contact for fund-related operational matters within the Geneva office.
Profile
Profile
- Around 3 years of experience in fund administration, fund operations, middle office, or a similar role within asset management, a fund administrator, a hedge fund, or a family office.
- Knowledge of Cayman fund structures and hedge fund operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with NAV calculations, subscriptions/redemptions, transfers, and investor servicing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
