Full Stack Engineer - Zurich (Junior Profile and Senior )

Finders is hiring for a well-funded, early-stage technology company .This stealth startup is creating an AI-powered decision platform that helps global teams align strategies and reach critical agreements faster without endless meetings or outside consultants. Backed by experienced entrepreneurs and top investors, they're moving fast and looking for exceptional engineers to join their founding team.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll work hands-on across the entire stack to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready solutions. From day one you'll ship features, squash bugs, and help evolve the product from an early prototype into a scalable enterprise platform. You'll collaborate directly with the founders and lead engineer in a close-knit team where your decisions will shape the company's technology for years to come.

This is a Zurich-based hybrid role, with several in-office days each week to enable rapid collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Develop and ship full-stack features across a modern tech stack (TypeScript/, React/, PostgreSQL, AWS, Python AI services)
• Build AI-driven experiences such as chat interfaces, voice processing, and insight generation
• Own projects end-to-end: database design, API architecture, frontend interactions, and deployment
• Drive the transition from monolithic architecture to microservices while maintaining stability and performance
• Ensure production-quality code with robust testing, monitoring, and error handling
• Work closely with founders, designers, and engineers to solve real customer problems

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping real products
• Strong fluency in TypeScript, , React/, PostgreSQL, AWS
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI APIs, embeddings, voice processing) is a plus
• Understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, and API design
• Comfort with fast-changing startup environments where MVP really means MVP
• Based in Zurich and able to collaborate on-site several days a week
• Quality-driven: write tests, handle edge cases, and deliver scalable code
