To continue the development of our after-sales service, we are looking for a Front Office (M/F) at 100%.Your Challenges Within our Ginox Services department, you will be responsible for monitoring the interventions of our technicians with our clients. In this context, your tasks will include: - Managing the call center and technician interventions (monitoring and control) - Managing files - Handling emergency repairs through telephone calls and by interventions from external technicians - Making appointments for annual maintenance, in French, German and/or English - Preparing quotes and commercial offers/costing, in collaboration with the sales team - Ordering from our suppliers - Managing stocks and supplies of spare parts - Selling cleaning products, managing deliveries and monitoring stock - Following up on client files Your Profile - Commercial employee certificate or equivalent experience - Experience in after-sales service with a mission is essential - Comfortable with numbers and reading plans - Good customer relation skills and ability to build trust with technicians - Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure with good stress management - Autonomy, proactivity, and versatility - Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit - Proficiency in standard tools - Mastery of French (essential); German is desired and English is a plus - Experience within a logistics service is a plus We Offer You - A full-time position - A modern and pleasant working environment - A professional challenge in a dynamic and evolving environment combining technology and expertise - Continuous training - Parking facilities jidc47c194aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
