For a locally well-established company, we are looking for an FP&A Controller.For a locally well-established company, we are looking for an FP&A Controller to strengthen the team with the following missions:- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts in collaboration with financial partners.- Analyze and understand variances between actuals and forecasts.- Generate monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards.- Prepare reports for the executive committee.- Financial analysis.- Contribute to the support of special projects and ad-hoc analyses.- Ensure the consistency and quality of data in financial models, financial systems, and reporting tools.- Analysis of cash flows and capital.- Provide support for decision-making processes in SAP.We are looking for a person with:- 4/5 years of experience in FP&A in an industrial environment.- Professional proficiency in English.- Experience in managing the entire P&L.- Experience in financial modeling and scenario planning.- Experience with SAP. It is important to have strong FP&A skills and not just controlling skills in an industrial environment.Possibilities for long-term evolution within the structure.
