For one of our clients, we are looking for an apprentice supervisor in mechanics.Desired profile:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a polymechanic- Mastery of CNC machining with CAM software- Experience of at least 3-4 years- Experience in leading and managing personnel, ideally young apprentices (CIE instructor certification (600h) is an advantage, management certification is an advantage)- Knowledge of Office software and ERP (an advantage)- Mastery of French and English (min. B2)Benefits:- A job in a leading environment- Good framework conditionsThe main mission will be to manage and steer the training of mechanical apprentices leading to the attainment of the CFC as a Polymechanic.Main responsibilities:- Teach CIE courses (manual machining techniques, conventional, CNC, metrology, assembly)- Lead apprentices toward success through motivating pedagogy and monitoring of their work- Transmit data to management in the form of reports (cost tracking, commitments, apprentice production via SAP)- Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and maintenance, and organize the weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, machine maintenance, tracking of manufactured parts)- Manage and sign work logs and apprentice absences- Conflict management, apply internal rules in case of non-compliance with company values, organize meetings with parents if necessary- Collaborate with training partners (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools)- Participate in semi-annual exchanges with local training centers- Organize open houses, internships for future apprentices, educational events, and educational outings (teambuilding, skiing, industrial visits)- Plan individual interviews and reports every 6 months- Motivate apprentices to participate in competitions jidb9f360daen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
