PECI Construction SA is a company active in the construction sector in the canton of Neuchâtel. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Foreman / Team Leader (M/F)

As a foreman, you are responsible for the smooth running of your sites, from their preparation to their handover. You ensure the coordination of teams and oversee compliance with quality, safety, cost, and deadline objectives.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage, organise and coordinate structural, transformation and renovation sites.
• Supervise and coordinate teams on site as well as subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with plans, technical standards, quality requirements and set deadlines.
• Ensure the financial monitoring of the sites entrusted to you (cost control, budget and measurement tracking).
• Organise supplies and manage equipment orders in collaboration with the office.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure effective communication with clients, architects, engineers.
• Guarantee the application of safety, occupational health and environmental protection rules.
• Ensure the administrative management of sites: daily reports, time tracking, delivery note control, equipment management and preparation of measurements.

Your profile

• You have proven experience as a foreman, team leader or site manager in the construction field.
• Holder of a federal foreman construction certificate or equivalent training.
• You are autonomous, organised and able to manage several sites simultaneously.
• You demonstrate an excellent sense of responsibility and can make decisions on site.
• You are recognised for your leadership qualities and your ability to unite teams.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
• You have good physical condition and enjoy fieldwork.
