Mission:- Read plans and consult technical files (construction project or instructions from hierarchical superiors, project managers, and team leaders).- Assess personnel, machinery, and future project needs and locations.- Manage a team of 5 to 10 people, motivate teams, and control the quality of the work provided.- Supervise personnel on the site and trainees in task distribution among different professionals.- Supply sites with water and electricity.- Manage consumable stock.- Define access areas, set up safety signs and barriers.- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machines.- Find solutions to technical or human problems, deal with unexpected issues.- Participate personally in work when site conditions require it.- Ensure the safety of workers, enforce regulations on sites and in surrounding areas.- Monitor the progress of tasks at each stage of construction.- Dispose of waste according to current environmental standards.- Write work reports and establish hourly accounts.- Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets.You:- Degree in team leadership or foreman certification.- Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader.- Desired experience in lakeside works.- Experience in special works is an advantage.- Valid driver's license.- Proficient in French, both spoken and written, with rigor and availability.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cutting-edge tools.- Large-scale projects and resources.- High-quality supervision.- Numerous benefits available: immediately or as agreed.- Work location: Bioley-Orjulaz.
