Your challenge: Responsible for leading a small team of 2-6 people Direct contact person on site Make decisions together with project management and you also enjoy getting involved and are always a support for your team X: You have a foreman, supervisor training or bring years of professional experience Are strong in X You are resilient, flexible, and a team player Your mother tongue is German or French (knowledge of Italian would be a plus) with good knowledge of the other language You want to work at least 3 in X and are also willing to work beyond your retirement age.
