Foreign Trade Officer
Foreign Trade Officer (100%)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Foreign Trade Officer to join our team full-time at our offices in Etoy, VD.
Your Responsibilities
Coordination of international shipments
Preparation and follow-up of import/export documentation
Handling documentary credits and documentary collections
Communication with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and banks
Data entry and order management in ERP system
Monitoring deliveries and shipment schedules Ensuring compliance with Incoterms and international trade procedures
Your Profile
Degree or experience in logistics, foreign trade, or import/export
Knowledge of import/export documentation
Familiar with documentary credits and documentary collection
Good knowledge of Incoterms
Comfortable with MS Office, Windows, and ERP systems
Fluent in English and French Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
Detail-oriented and well organized Able to work autonomously and under pressure Motivated and reliable personality
