For one of our clients, we are looking for a FX Business Developer FR / ENG 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The person will join the FX department of the company. Our client is an important brokerage company based in financial places.Description- Joining the FX department;- Prospecting & Lead and targeting potential clients (SMEs to mid-cap and large with FX or interest exposure);- Conducting research to map key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors);- Developing and executing structured outreach campaigns (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals);- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline through continuous networking in relevant industry communities, events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand awareness and drive leads;- Leveraging existing to gain warm introductions;- Reporting to the Management;- Link with the other internal in the day-to-day in the office.Profile- Superior academic background;- Similar experience as FX Sales Trader / Dealer within a broker, an investment and banking or an exchange with financial - FX Forwards, Options, Structures;- Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a proven track record of executing commodity business with clients;- Strong customer focus and ability to work in teams with various internal and external stakeholders;- Strong risk and compliance ethic with ability to conduct business within Company s policies & procedures and applicable rules and prospective clients to understand their treasury and risk management challenges;- Position hedging products and advisory capabilities effectively to meet those needs;- Work closely with structuring and trading teams with bespoke solutions;- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from to onboarding;- Maintain detailed CRM with all outreach and client interactions;- Provide and timely reporting of activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics;- Continuously refine targeting based on feedback and performance.Offer- Our client offers a 100% permanent contract within a leading, fast-growing and dynamic company. jida565f02aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
