Main mission:

• Preparation of raw materials: defrosting, washing, cutting, mise en place, cooking or reheating
• Assembly in the kitchen or in front of the customer
• Setting up the dining room and display cabinets, restocking, packaging for takeaway consumption
• Strictly applying hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Maintenance of machines and utensils: cooking plates, refrigerators, drink dispensers, etc.

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the catering field
• Speed of execution, versatility, flexibility
• Stress-resistant and able to work at a sustained pace
• Good command of French
• Having a vehicle
