Food Sampling Technician and Laboratory Assistant (80%)

ARQHA is a laboratory specialised in analysis, advice and support for professionals in the food sector. We are looking for a motivated, autonomous and dynamic collaborator for a versatile position combining fieldwork, client contact and laboratory support.

Your missions:

• Prepare rounds and sampling equipment.
• Carry out food sampling at clients’ premises.
• Organise rounds, manage schedules, client files and analysis plans.
• Send analysis reports, prepare offers and handle invoicing.
• Ensure stock follow-up of equipment.
• Prepare samples, culture media and participate in laboratory activities.
• Maintain equipment, premises and perform various support tasks.

Organisation:

• Monday to Wednesday: sampling rounds at clients (restaurants, food shops, food industries, care homes, etc.). These days require frequent travel, excellent organisation and a real pleasure in working in the field.
• Thursday: support to the laboratory team as a laboratory assistant.

This alternation between field and laboratory offers a varied position and a complete view of the analytical chain.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma or equivalent training in the food or laboratory field.
• Experience in the food sector is an asset.
• Good command of IT tools and good hygiene practices.
• Category B driving licence.
• Autonomy, rigour, organisational and service sense.
• Fluency in French.
