We are currently mandated by our client, a restaurant group located in the mountains of Central Valais, for the recruitment of a dynamic and committed professional who will occupy the position of Gastronomy Manager.Job Description- Manage all F&B operations across multiple sites and guarantee service quality- Supervise, structure, and develop a team of managers- Optimize staffing and financial performance (turnover, costs, productivity)- Make quick decisions and ensure stability in a seasonal environment- Develop offerings and contribute to the F&B strategyRequired Profile- Minimum 10 years of experience in catering, including experience in multi-site management- Confirmed experience in managing large teams (100+ employees)- Mastery of financial issues (P&L, personnel costs, productivity)- Assertive leadership and ability to impose a demanding framework on restaurant managers- Very operational profile: capable of switching from management to field action- Resistance to pressure and strong decision-making ability- Proficiency in French and English (German or Italian is a plus)- Experience in a mountain environment appreciatedWe Offer- A position of responsibility for a company in constant evolution with benefits such as preferential rates for you and your loved ones, access to sports facilities, a wellness program, as well as discounts on ski passes and activities.Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
