Join MPsy SA, a dynamic and collaborative organisation dedicated to mental health. We are a team composed of a general practitioner, psychiatrists, psychologist-psychotherapists and nurses. We are trained in various recognised psychotherapeutic approaches, such as the psychodynamic, systemic, cognitive-behavioural, Rogerian approaches and also medical hypnosis. Each colleague benefits from flexibility regarding their hours and can choose the type of patients and the therapy modality (in person or online) that suits them best. This flexible approach allows the schedule to be adapted and prioritises the therapy modality best suited to the therapist's preferences and the patient's needs. We are currently looking for an FMH Psychiatrist to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing quality and personalised care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients' psychiatric disorders.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide regular follow-up for patients and adjust treatments if necessary.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Psychiatrist diploma with FMH recognition or equivalent.
• Authorisation to practise in the canton of Geneva.
• Admission to bill under the compulsory health insurance (AOS).
• Experience in the field of psychiatry and/or psychotherapy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written), knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Interest in a flexible and personalised approach to care.
