To complete our Housekeeping team, we are looking for our future:Floor SupervisorMission:- Participate in the daily work of chambermaids and porters- Inspect rooms in accordance with standards- Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure the upkeep of premises in coordination with the technical department- Control and manage various stocks related to the service- Provide assistance to guests based on requestsProfile:- Recognized diploma from a hotel school (essential)- Experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar position and in a high-end hotel establishment (4/5 stars)- Very good command of French and English- Good command of tools (Opera and control software)- Sense of organization and autonomy- Dynamic and willing person- Versatile and flexibleWe offer you a stimulating position and the possibility to actively contribute to the success of the establishment.
