Market leader in Switzerland for many years, we are expanding across the entire territory with 3 branches: Etagnières (Vaud), Hindelbank (Bern), Urdorf (Zurich).Our activity is broad and we offer numerous services such as new vehicle sales, used vehicle sales, vehicle rental, vehicle maintenance in our workshop, and the sale of camping accessories in our shop. Our profession is technical, which makes it exciting. Furthermore, we act for the greatest pleasure of our clients, namely their vacations!Your responsibilities- Ensure the management and tracking of vehicle orders (stock and clients), from order to delivery: entry into the ERP, checking order confirmations, invoices, customs documents, and tracking sales contracts, client order confirmations, as well as all documents necessary for registration.- Manage vehicle orders and stock, including the management of trade-ins as well as tracking the stock of used vehicles.- Prepare files related to exhibitions, trade shows, and fairs.- Develop dashboards, inventories, and reports for Management.- Ensure daily exchanges in French and German with suppliers, salespeople, and other departments.- Manage filing, archiving, translations, and various tasks related to the department's activities.- Collaborate closely with sales teams, accounting, and external partners to ensure smooth processing of commercial files.Your profile- Commercial training or equivalent (CFC commercial employee or equivalent).- Experience in administration, ideally in the automotive sector or equivalent experience in a similar position.- Mastery of tools: Office suite, ERP, management software, and supplier portals.- Excellent rigor, attention to detail, and sense of priorities.- Autonomy, team spirit, and ability to manage several files in parallel.- Good team and communication skills, internally as well as externally.- Knowledge of the automotive or leisure vehicle sector, an asset.- Mastery of German is essential: bilingual French-German or C1 level, written and spoken.What we offer- A dynamic work environment and a young and motivated team.- Opportunities for training and development.- A varied position with responsibilities.- Working conditions adapted to the market.How to applyIf you are motivated to join a leading company in the field of leisure vehicles and to contribute to the satisfaction of our clients, we would be delighted to receive your application.
