This position constitutes an enriching first professional experience within a demanding technological environment, where the quality, reliability, and performance of solutions are essential for the smooth functioning of our activities and for the energy transition serving a sustainable Geneva. Within the Digital Factory, our teams design and develop digital solutions for energy transition and services to clients and partners. As a Business Analyst, you actively contribute to understanding and defining needs. To this end, you will be required to:- Collect and analyze needs;- Write user stories and their specific criteria for each;- Participate in sprint planning and collaboration with product owners (PO);- Validate deliverables (tests, reviews, demos);- Model business processes, document flows, and maintain product knowledge;- Be an active player in the continuous improvement of processes;- Collaborate closely with testers, developers, and various stakeholders to ensure the final product complies with business needs and quality requirements.Your personality and skillsYou are a curious, methodical, and rigorous person, with a team spirit and a keen sense of responsibility. You ideally have:- A Master’s degree in Management of Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent;- Good skills in analysis and writing;- Recognized analytical and synthesis skills;- Basic knowledge of the software development cycle and agile methods (a plus but not required);- A first experience in an internship or a work-study program in the field (desired, but not required).Your autonomy, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn will be your best assets to evolve in this position.
