Our client is looking for a Project Manager for the development and layout of commercial spaces. You will ensure the complete management of projects, from architectural design to final delivery, guaranteeing quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control.Our client is a leading company in Switzerland, recognized for the quality of its infrastructure and its customer focus. As part of an expansion program for its portfolio, our client is continuing the development of commercial space layout and construction projects, from design to final accounting.- Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into high-performance layout concepts.- Develop and coordinate architectural plans for sales areas and back-office zones.- Guarantee architectural consistency and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.- Establish budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial monitoring of projects.- Supervise orders for fittings, furniture, and professional equipment.- Plan, coordinate, and monitor work in collaboration with technical teams and partners, and participate in site meetings to ensure compliance with quality, deadline, and safety objectives.- Accept the work, manage punch lists, and follow up on corrections.- Check invoices, manage final accounts, and ensure proper project closure.- Ensure the transmission and archiving of technical documentation.- Higher education degree in architecture, interior design, or space planning.- Minimum 5 years of experience in the layout of commercial premises or retail surfaces.- Proven experience in the complete management of layout and interior finishing projects.- Excellent command of AutoCAD and ArchiCAD tools and the Microsoft Office suite.- Knowledge of 3D software is appreciated.- Excellent skills in budget management and handling multiple simultaneous projects.- Knowledge of professional equipment, furniture, and layout solutions.- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and make decisions.- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.- Autonomous, proactive, reliable, and team-oriented personality, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer focus.- Fluent in French, basic knowledge of German and/or English is appreciated.Conditions and Benefits- The opportunity to manage varied and visible projects within a dynamic environment.- A position offering autonomy, responsibilities, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.- Excellent working conditions within a stable company recognized in Switzerland. jidce0d9e8aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
