The Investment & Pension team actively supports Raiffeisen Banks in wealth management and for private clients, thus contributing to the development of the client segment. We are looking for an autonomous personality with a focus on clients and the market to join our Swiss Romande headquarters team in Lausanne, starting October 1st or by agreement. This position will require travel and regular presence at Raiffeisen Banks in French-speaking Switzerland.Financial SpecialistWhat you will do:- Act as a reference point for Raiffeisen Banks in financial planning.- Proactive support and advice to Raiffeisen Banks to optimize their positioning as investment banks offering all services for this clientele.- Preparation of financial plans and analyses on behalf of Raiffeisen Banks, as well as support in pension, retirement, tax, and insurance consulting for individuals, including entrepreneurs.- Support for Raiffeisen Banks in organizing and conducting client events, the acquisition of new clients, and collaboration with Bank advisors.- Participation in sector meetings and events at the Swiss headquarters in Zurich.What you bring:- You hold a federal diploma in financial planning or an equivalent qualification.- You have several years of experience in the fields of financial planning, pensions, and taxation.- Excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss economic landscape and institutional actors, with strong sales and client-oriented skills, a marked entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to successfully lead new projects.- You are a French speaker with a good command of German (oral and written).We live diversity and equal opportunityWe encourage the diversity of perspectives, experiences, and skills within our teams.
