Management ControllerLes Résidences Prendre Soin et Accompagner (RPSA) are closely linked to the Caisse de prévoyance professionnelle de Genève (CPEG) as it is their shareholder and property owner. Through a private law entity and a limited liability company (Sàrl), both non-profit, RPSA's mission is to operate buildings for the elderly and offer services adapted to their level of autonomy and security needs.To complete our team, we are recruiting a:Management ControllerPermanent contract - 80% to 100% - Class 22Mission descriptionManagement control:- Contribute, in collaboration with the general management and members of the Management Committee, to the definition of the internal control and management framework, then ensure the implementation and development of steering mechanisms, in coherence with the Institutional Life Project;- Actively participate in the implementation and development of the internal system, in collaboration with the Quality department, and guarantee the coherence and reliability of methods, tools and processes and ensure their application within the institution;- Develop, monitor and analyze budgets, forecasts, dashboards and performance indicators. Collect, verify and analyze financial and operational data and provide clear and relevant reporting facilitating decision-making;- Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, carry out prospective and comparative analyses and formulate recommendations and corrective measures;- Support departments and services in the deployment of a management control culture (objectives, processes, indicators) and develop harmonized steering tools, at the site level and in a consolidated manner.Risk management:- Contribute, in liaison with the general management and relevant functions, to the development and evolution of the risk management system;- Identify, analyze and evaluate financial and operational risks, particularly through the mapping of critical processes, the analysis of flows and existing controls;- Propose and monitor measures aimed at strengthening reliability, simplifying and improving processes, while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal procedures;- Ensure an alert role to the hierarchy in the event of risk or dysfunction.Internal system:- Participate, in collaboration with the Quality department, in the preparation and conduct of internal audits, as well as in the monitoring of non-conformities and corrective actions;- Carry out specific analyses or audit missions at the request of the general management;- Ensure the monitoring of recommendations and action plans, in liaison with the concerned services;- Contribute to the strengthening of quality standards and continuous improvement, in support of the Quality manager.Profile:- Tertiary level education certified and recognized in finance, business economics, management control, internal control & risks or a field deemed equivalent;- Complementary training in internal audit or performance steering;- Excellent command of the French language, spoken and written;- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar function, ideally in the health, social sector or within a non-profit organization;- Proven experience in a highly regulated multi-site environment;- Knowledge of the Geneva health network and financing mechanisms of nursing homes in the canton of Geneva;- Mastery of the Swiss legal framework in terms of public finance, accounting and management;- Solid experience in financial steering including budget monitoring, financial analysis, reporting and data processing;- Excellent command of management tools, particularly the Office suite and reporting tools;- Confirmed experience in leading transversal projects and in collaboration with institutional partners.Join a team whose essential values are respect, integrity and impartiality.
