Within a dynamic team, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the budgeting process, financial forecasting and monitoring the bank's performance.
• Producing and analysing financial and management reports intended for management.
• Contributing to monthly and annual closings as well as the preparation of financial statements.
• Ensuring the control and validation of accounting and financial operations.
• Participating in the preparation of regulatory reports for the Swiss authorities (FINMA, SNB).
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors during controls and audits.
• Implementing and strengthening financial controls and risk management processes.
• Identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimise financial processes and reporting.
• Supporting and supervising an intern within the department.

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience within a banking or financial environment in Switzerland.
• Strong skills in financial control, reporting and accounting.
• Good knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the Swiss banking sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Avaloq is a real asset.
• Fluent in French and English.
