The HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland is advertising the position of:Finance Business Solutions Manager ( %)Your missionsAs Finance Business Solutions Manager, you join the Information Systems Department (DSI) of the HES-SO. In this role, you manage the lifecycle of Finance business solutions, ensuring their performance, quality, and alignment with the needs of the institution as well as with the strategy of the DSI. You ensure their operation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement, in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. You define and implement measures guaranteeing the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You also assume budgetary responsibility for your scope, planning and monitoring costs related to solutions, developments, and associated services. Finally, you lead or support transformation projects in your field in collaboration with business teams, project managers, and internal and external partners, in order to evolve solutions in coherence with the needs of the institution.Profile- You hold a Bachelor's degree in business management (or an equivalent title);- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in support or management of financial solutions, or 5 to 7 years of experience in project management with proven expertise in the financial field;- A French speaker, you have a good command of English (B2 level desired).
