Finance & Administration Manager (M/F)
Job DescriptionReporting directly to General Management, you play a key role in the smooth administrative, financial and organisational operation of several businesses active in a multi-site environment. A true administrative and financial right-hand to management, you ensure the monitoring of the company’s financial activities while actively contributing to the optimisation of existing processes and tools. You participate in the production of reports and management indicators to support management in decision-making. In a dynamic and entrepreneurial context, you also work on various projects related to improving workflows, digitalisation and the development of monitoring and analysis tools. At the same time, you supervise routine administrative activities, cost monitoring and a small team composed of accounting and HR administration staff.
Profile SoughtWith a solid education in the hotel sector complemented by a specialisation in finance or management, you have proven experience in a similar role in Switzerland, gained in the fields of catering, hospitality, events. You have strong knowledge of accounting, administration and operational management control. Comfortable with numbers as well as on the ground, you are able to manage several priorities simultaneously with rigour, autonomy and organisational skills. You are recognised for your reliability, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to support continuous improvement projects in a constantly evolving environment. Reporting and management tools are familiar to you and knowledge of the MIRUS software is a real asset.
