To strengthen our team within the association accounting service in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a Finance and Accounting Specialist (m/f).

Responsibilities

• Complete management of several accounts, including closings and audit with the fiduciary
• Entry of supplier invoices and execution of payments
• Recording of debtor invoices, issuing reminders (no debt collection management)
• Preparation of tax returns and review of DI PM for the entire service
• Preparation, submission and follow-up of disputes with the tax authorities when necessary

Your profile

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fiduciary
• Federal diploma in taxation or equivalent training considered an asset
• Strong skills in taxation
• Demonstrate rigour and a sense of responsibility
• Be autonomous and appreciate knowledge sharing as well as exchange of practices within a small team
• Be client-oriented and possess an excellent team spirit
