How you can make a difference :

• Install, maintain, qualify, and repair Robotics Liquid Handlers such as STAR and VANTAGE instruments
• Diagnose technical issues and provide fast, effective solutions
• Support customers remotely and on-site
• Document service activities and maintain accurate system records
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
• Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Application Support, , and global experts

That's what you bring along :

• Technical education in automation, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in field service, laboratory automation, or complex technical equipment is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on, customer-focused mindset
• Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Switzerland
• and English skills; French or Italian is an advantage
