Your tasks

• Carry out commissioning, repairs and maintenance work on milling machines directly at our customers’ sites in the Eastern Switzerland region
  
• Perform upgrades and overhauls on existing customer equipment
  
• Analyse technical faults and ensure professional, fast and reliable troubleshooting and problem resolution
  
• Work closely with our diagnostics team and maintain regular technical and professional exchange
  
• You will primarily work directly at our customers’ sites in Eastern Switzerland, a few times a year, you will also work at our production site in Biel
  

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training as well as experience working with machine tools, ideally with modern high-speed and high-performance milling machines
  
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and sensor technology
  
• Knowledge of Heidenhain and Siemens control systems is an advantage
  
• hardware and software skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office
  
• Fluent and very good English skills
