It has the status of a public law institution and is endowed with legal personality. It is attached to the Directorate of Security, Justice and Sport (DSJS), under the high supervision of the State Council. To learn more, follow this link.Your missions- Work within plant production (field crops, mill, orchard, green spaces).- Ensure guard duty and exercise constant surveillance of detainees, taking into account the various detention regimes.- Instruct and train detainees on vehicles, agricultural machinery, and manual work.- Collaborate in the reintegration of detainees by having a positive influence on them.- Enforce discipline, order, and security among detainees.- Apply and enforce the regulations and instructions in force.Desired profile- Agricultural CFC (Federal VET Diploma), or equivalent, with several years of professional experience in the field of plant production.- Federal certificate of detention officer from the Swiss Center of Expertise in Prison and Probation, or be ready to follow the training.- Good knowledge of plant production.- Skills in driving vehicles and agricultural machinery.- Good physical and mental condition, as well as flexibility and resistance to stress.- Sense of human relations, communication, and conflict management.- Willing to work irregular hours depending on work and weather conditions.- Willing to intervene outside working hours for cases of force majeure.- Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office).- Clean debt collection and criminal records.- Mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language.Contact details jidb045410aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
