Responsibilities

Aim of the
role


  • To own the full customer journey  – from pre-sales consultation to
    post-sales support, ensuring seamless solution delivery
  • To be a real partner with clients  - understand their challenges and guide
    them in using our products effectively and confidently
  • To be the voice of the market  – channel customer feedback into product
    innovation and help shape the next generation of solutions
  •  Lead
    both pre-sales and post-sales activities, from understanding client
    needs to delivering fully operational solutions
  • Collaborate
    closely with sales and R&D teams to tailor offerings to customer
    requirements
  • Manage
    the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the systems,
    providing technical support
  • Deliver product
    demonstrations and training sessions, acting as a trusted technical advisor for
    complex customer questions
  • Travel
    across Europe to support clients on-site and ensure seamless solution
    deployment (35%)


Your Profile


  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or
    a related field (BSc or MSc).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a
    technical role, including direct customer support
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of electronic
    systems
  • Fluent in English and German (MUST)
  • Additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish)
    are appreciated
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability
    to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and calm under
    pressure
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Collaborative – Sharing knowledge across global
    teams
