With a start-up spirit, the work rate and terms are flexible.Services offered- Accounting and annual closing- Preparation of financial statements according to Swiss GAAP RPC and IFRS standards- Preparation of tax returns for individuals and VAT- Payroll management- Due diligence in the context of company sales and acquisitions- CFO ad interimWe work exclusively with the latest web-based management software. This may include the Code of Obligations, Swiss GAAP RPC, and tax and VAT regulations;- Payroll management;- Client development and acquisition of new mandates;- Review of team work and supervision;- Flexible rate, between 80% and 100%.Profile sought- University degree or HES in business administration;- Certified accountant;- Fluent French and English, German is an asset;- 3 to 5 years of experience in a fiduciary firm;- Mastery of accounting according to the Code of Obligations, Swiss GAAP RPC, and IFRS;- Good knowledge of taxation and VAT;- Team spirit and entrepreneurial orientation, and willingness to actively participate in the company's growth. jid5d1b6faaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
