On behalf of one of our partners, a 5-star establishment renowned for the quality of its services and its high-end positioning in the heart of the prestigious resort of Zermatt, we are currently looking for a:
F&B Manager (M/F)
Job DescriptionAs F&B Manager, you will oversee all the catering outlets of the establishment, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets and events. You will ensure the smooth running of daily operations while guaranteeing a seamless, elegant and personalised customer experience.
You will be responsible for the management and support of the operational teams, with the aim of uniting your colleagues around a demanding and caring service culture. You will actively participate in recruitment, training and team development to maintain a high level of performance and engagement.
In close collaboration with management and the head chefs, you will contribute to defining the F&B offer, optimising revenue and managing operational costs. You will also ensure compliance with budgets, internal procedures and current hygiene and safety standards.
With a strong presence on the ground, you will anticipate customer needs, handle delicate situations professionally and guarantee consistent quality standards across all catering areas.
Profile soughtYou have solid experience in a similar role within an upscale or luxury hotel and possess excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations. A true hands-on leader, you are recognised for your ability to inspire, structure and support teams in a demanding and dynamic environment.
Results- and customer satisfaction-oriented, you demonstrate excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and great adaptability. Your proactive approach and interpersonal ease allow you to work effectively with an international clientele.
You are fluent in French and English; any other language is an additional asset. Good knowledge of management tools and F&B performance indicators is also expected.
